Just thought I'd make a final update as I have news.. After going through the Small Claims procedure, last week I received a full refund plus the court fees! - I am extremely happy!
Clampers ARE scum and they get what they deserve in the end.
To anyone who has the misfortune of being clamped by one of these morons in future, I would recommend that you go through the channels of sending 'NBA's' to all those involved and using moneyclaimonline. – This method worked for me.
My result is that Matthew Arroyo/A1 Parking Services have had their contract terminated on site, also the official A1 Parking website has been removed from the internet and I received my refund.
Lastly, I’d like to say that practically everyone on both Pepipoo and MSE have been genuinely helpful (Thank you!). However, if you have been associated with a rogue like Arroyo (be it having the same name as him or working with him), you will be tarnished with the same brush and I will not tolerate recieving private messages by him or his associates.
It's been a pleasure Matthew Arroyo, thank you for my refund.

Well done mate, I will make a point about linking to this thread when people are clamped by scumbags and how to get their money back. Enjoy having your money back Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
