You must take action through the Courts,
1 download the Small Claims form from the HMCS web site. Fill it in run two at the same time, 1 for A1 Clamping and 1 against your Landlord. A1 wont bother to respond and so a Judge can rule for you. Your Landlord on the other hand will probably try to defend his action but if A1dont show then he has no defence.
You will win your money back plus costs. Its not that much £35.00 in the mean time read the stuff about our friend that is on the web sites that goes back a few years and you will see the type of creature you are dealing with.
The good thing is that people like him will be out of business very soon.
The Police quite frankly are useless. All of this nonsense about Civil cases is all rubbish. Where theft is concerned and extortion and threatening behavior is concerned they should act and if they don't then people should sue them and raise complaints through the IPC. What is also comforting is SIA is being wound up as well. The organisation should be shut down now, its organised thuggery0 -

I will be able to help you out but not just yet. In the mean time lodge your initial case against him. Name him use A1 Parking Services Pembroke Centre,Chiney Manor Ind Estate, Swindon SN2 2P0. He has another address but use the above for now. Once you have lodged your claim its in the system0

Write your letter of appeal to him at A1 address that I gave you. That address will do for now as this is where the business is registered. Write it to him. Give him notice not exceeding 28 days to pay back your monies or you will apply to the courts. You might also write to your Landlord and make him aware that you have written to the clamper and if that fails you will be seeking to reclaim your money from him along with any fees.
If I was you I would also make your Landlord aware of the kind of person he is dealing with by giving him the various web pages listing Arroyos activities.
Let me know how that goes for now. By doing it this way you will be following due process.0
