In your letter to your Landlord ensure that you make it clear that he is responsible for A1 Parking Services as they in effect are acting on his instructions0

Okay, this is great, I'm so glad I found this thread. Tomorrow a letter to the chairman of the apartments I live in will be delivered, to get the ball rolling.
Also hopefully a call will be returned to my mum from the property management agents.
But you say I should also write to log this whole situation, who should I be writing to? The actual a1 company? Or small claims court?
Thanks in advance.
MUSE can you please follow the advice you are getting on your pepipoo thread as that is where the experts are. Keep that thread up to date.
I know klitchco is being helpful here but the last thing you want to do is spend money filing a claim against a clamping firm alone, so do not 'lodge an inital case against him'. You might win in Court but you would never see your money and nor could you enforce any judgment with a bailiff - it would be money down the drain. You also need to issue letters before action to all parties first to give them the opportunity to sort the refund out of court first; I see that klitchco has indeed said that already but also seems to suggest rushing to file a claim - not something to be rushed, nor to be lodged against a single person or firm.
Look at your pepipoo thread, you should have 3 or 4 people to potentially name in your small claim but you don't need to rush and file the claim until you have tried assertive pressure on the Managing Agent and/or Landlord. And even then, double check with pepipoo before you file a claim (do not do it online, don't use moneyclaim online for a case naming several parties). You'll need a paper claim form from your local County Court and you'll need pepipoo advice to word it properly.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I think thats what I said. The letter to Arroyo is an attempt to give him the chance to refund. He is the sols proprietor of A1 Parking Services. The letter to the Landlord is merely warning him of pending action. Court action can follow when it becomes necessary.
By the way how many people have succeeded in Court using the Peppeio route or method0 -
Coupon-mad, I am going to remove all of my comments on here and just stick to the Pepipoo forum, thank you for guiding me there.
Also, Klitchco, if you need me I'll be on the pepipoo forum as I am getting lots of useful replies there.
I'm just worried that this thread is easy to find and a A1 parking services worker may find this thread and use it to their advantage.
Thanks again for all the replies.0 -
