    Klitchco, on my photobucket album I have posted all of my photos related to this situation, one photo I have shows Matthew Arroyo from the side, it's quite blurry/dark because my camera played up. The photo was taken just after I paid up, and the police were standing with me and my mum (hence the police van behind him).

    As I have posted there, I think he is still in Pontypridd but is no longer at the address shown on Pepipoo.
    My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

    Hey klitchco, is your news anything that could help me out in my situation?
    Do the police know about Matthew Arroyo? Should I think about contacting the police about him and his A1 parking services trade?

    My mum has sent letters to the chairman of the property I'm renting so we are waiting for his reply.
    Also, we are waiting for our management agent to get back to us, their initial comment was that it is not to do with them, but after reading the advice from people on here we know it is to do with them.
    So we are awaiting news from the management agent now also.

    I haven't written anything over the weekend on Pepipoo because I have no news to update yet, but I'm still reading all the comments people are leaving, and it's so interesting & helpful reading the info people are giving.

    I would say that if you believe that he has broken the law then yes report him. You should also report him to SIA and the BPA who regulate clampers.

    These are all one of the same. Any decent person would hire this company. If they do they are ar risk of finding themselves paying back money that A1 Parking Services owe people but ignore paying up. I would strongly recommend that legitimate honest people keep clear of them.
