PLEASE PUT YOUR TARGET AFDs IN A BOLD RED FONT and good luck! (and if I've made any mistakes, don't be shy, please let me know!)
EVERYONE WELCOMEWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

1 for February please.
Have a good day everyone. I wish I could stay in bed this morning, it was sooo warm and cozy. I slept well but last night my skin was doing that feeling imaginary sensations thing - anyone else get that when they cut down? Like a tiny !!!!! of sensation in one place then another?0 -
Morning all
3 on the SNC please Bearacus
1 for Feb please Shaggy!
Rachelww- thinking of you. Hope all is ok.
Foreverhopeful - well done on resisting. As Maman said, hunger is definately a trigger (for me, anyway).
Wanna bee free - Not had that sensation on my skin, but I definately have very vivid dreams when I've stopped drinking. This last week I've been waking up feeling exhausted!
Anyway, best scoot. Piglet still in pyjamas!!!

The first thing MrR said to me when he got home last night............."I didn't buy any wine!"HOORAY!!!!! :T
Yes he bought beer, but total units consumed was only about half of his normal daily amount.
One small step in the right direction
Have a nice (but chilly) day everyone

Hi MrsR,
Out of curiosity, what would be Mr R's normal wine intake of an evening and how many beers did he have last night?
My problem is that if I replace a bottle of wine with 2 beers, the volume consumed is the same, but after the 2nd beer is finished I'm desperate for another drink. Likewise, if I drink whisky I obviously consume less volume, but have just as many units.0 -
Maman~yes HALT. I like that and it's easy to remember. All 4 things aren't really a reason to have adrink, so why bother?
I slept 8 hours straight, which I never ever do if I've had a drink. So felt extra pleased with myself this morning. Have already achieved loads today, me and the littlest man been shopping and played tennis. No sleepy, uugh feeling makes a world of difference.
Much love XNeed to start again0 -
