Rachel, Miss P and all those having a rough old time. My thoughts are with you. Be kind to yourselves.
Brett - What do you want to do? Cut down or give up? Will make a difference how you deal with drinking friends.
Give up I suppose.
Cutting down doesn't work for me at the moment. It's easier for me to just abstain for long periods of time and then fall off the wagon every now and then.0 -
Thanks Bearacus, i get easiy confused!!

hi:hello: e:hello:veryone, had a good day today. Managed to get together all the money to buy out ex partner's share of the house. will pay him the money and get the keys back 2morrow. perhaps I can have a quiet weekend now.
Normally would have celebrated with a bottle of plonk; but even managed to walk pass the wine aisle in Asda, and not give in to the champagne on special offer at£10!!!
Bought my self a bag of logs instead and am enjoying lazing in front of a roaring fire.
Have been swimming again and my weight loss is -8/52.Still a long way to go.:j

Complimentary champagne on take off rejected for water, ditto wine with dinner as was driving. Think the man behind me drank my share twice over and it was only a 1 hour flight !
This is all despite hand bag breaking and deposits entire content all over the car park necessitating a whole hand bag purchase in duty free at 7 am and a dull dull dull 6 hour meetingStart info Dec11

Not AF tonight as I thought. Been to see mum and she seems ok, not better but ok. At least she's admitted she's in the right place now after we pretty much bullied her into going.
I'm not going to make my target now this month, and to be honest I'm not that bothered really. Sometimes life just gets in the way of things you're trying to achieve.
I think I'll go TF next month as I can't predict how I'll feel and whats going to happen. I'm still up for cutting down though.
Love and hugs to all xxLBM Dec 10. Total unsecured debt £41176  Nov 12 Debt Free Thanks Mum x RIP x
