    Morning all :D
What a lovely sunny start to the day it makes me feel so much better. I have been out for a run, stripped the beds and have washing on the line and its only just gone 10am!

I have been so busy I haven't had time to come on here for a couple of days. Not good for me as I ended up drinking last night, not as much as I would have previously, but still too much. I'm sure if I'd logged on and posted it wouldn't have happened...so I need to be more vigilant!

Rachel - I hope your mum is still stable and that you are giving yourself some time. Thinking of you and sending you big hugs.

Miss P - hope you are OK and got through the funerals. Good luck with getting back to it in February!

Peterbunny - You must be so relieved at being able to buy your ex out. Well done on staying AF and you are doing so well with your weight loss and exercise too :T You should be very proud of yourself.

Shaggy Thakns so much for doing the scoring, it really is so appreciated :A

Can I be target free for Feb again and i have 1 more to add for Jan please.

Bearacus I just about managed the SNC! Can you put me down for the full monty again next week aswell please (if you are running it). Thank you so much you are fab keeping us focused through the week :T!

Right must go and tackle some housework...oh how I love weekends!

Managed to get together all the money to buy out ex partner's share of the house. will pay him the money and get the keys back 2morrow. perhaps I can have a quiet weekend now.

What a relief that must be - I've saved up the money to do the same now but separated husband won't accept it. He's trying to be noble and manage without it - no nasty ulterior motive either - but I'd rather he have the cash and me the house and then I could set about doing it up which it badly needs.

    18AF for January Shaggy, thanks

I'm dithering about a target for February - would like it to be 29 and the way things are going at the moment that should be OK but setting it at that seems so final. Then again it's only 7 days more than I set for this month...........

Will have to think further before taking the plunge - don't want to set myself up for a pity party if I don't make the full month.

Good luck to all - lots of good avoidance strategies in place that I can copy :)

  • Morning everyone :) hope everyone had a good Friday night..... I was in bed by 9.30pm but........when my DS5 phoned at 10.30pm to ask if he could come home from a sleepover, it was a very nice feeling to be sober and go to collect him.

Hope you all have a lovely day.

27 AFD please Shaggy (and day 3 of no cigarettes :))

19 AFDs so far, please, Shaggy

    TARGET 22 for Feb please

Had a few glasses of wine last night with DH - very pleasant. My aim is to stay AF tonight. Just been for lovely bike ride on my new bike, with DH, then coffee in cafe in Tatton Park - it was so enjoyable. :j

I've been working and working recently, so taking a couple of weeks off now, and I'm going to take things easy. :)

    Happy weekend all! :)

    Evening all

    Hope everyone is well?

Pricey - enjoy your time off - sounds like you deserve it!

Did drink last night, and think I probably had one glass too many as was rather vocal and not particularly nice. OH says I was fine but Im not so sure!:o So aiming for a good few AF days in a row now if I can.

Plans for junior monopoly with Piglet followed by a nice bath with my book (yes I'm one of those wierdos that reads in the bath!:rotfl:).

    Have good saturdays all

    Miss P
    xx
