    Hi Everyone
Hope you all had a nice weekend
    20 AF please Shaggy.
I managed an AF Friday which i was chuffed with. On Sat we went for lunch, i would always have had at least 1 glass of wine with lunch but on Sat i just had water. Came home and in the eve had a very large glass of wine and couple of vodkas. AF again today. Looking foward to cup of tea later with creme egg to watch the 2nd part of Birdsong, great drama

It was brillant Shaggy we both thoroughly enjoyed it. George Clooney at his best, the film deserves all the nominations and awards. I would highly recommend

Got weighed this morning and 1.5 lbs down so 6lbs in total. Got a LOT to lose so I'm taking it steady as it will be a long haul. Would have been more if I hadn't been drinking like a fish from 1st to 9th January as usual :( Still, that's behind me now :)

Well done in your weight loss :T thats great. I know how it feels to have ALOT to lose. In the past 12 months i have lost just over 4 stone, i have half stone to go til i get to goal weight. Slow and steady wins the race Lizzy! Good luck. By cutting down on the booze you will notice a difference on the scales:)

  • 29 AFDs please Shaggy - thankyou

Hope everyone has a lovely evening. Mackeroo - thanks for mentioning Birdsong, although I missed the first part. My Mum tells me it's an amazing book (think I've got the right one). Don't suppose you could share the cream eggs :D

    (((hugs))) to those in need

  • Evening all

Bearacus - full monty on SNC please (and thankyou for running it for us!)

After my bit too much Friday, have been AF this weekend. As I was driving to lanes swimming at 8.45am this morning, I did reflect its nice to be up and about early without a thumping head and a dodgy belly!

Returned to diet today too - another aspect of getting my life back under control.

Hope all had a good weekend.

    Miss P

Hi All - reporting back for duty after the weekend.

I have a mental block when is comes to being AF on Fri, Sat & Sun (I think I managed only 1 AF Friday last year and no Saturdays at all) Sadly this weekend was no exception....drank way too much on Friday and felt really bad for it the following morning _pale_.....unfortunately it didn't put me off pouring a drink on Saturday, but it was a white wine spritzer and I only had three glasses so it could have been worse. Tonight though I'm glad to say that I'm back on the wagon so a clear head for me in the morning :)

Well done to everyone who managed to stay AF over the weekend - the achievements for January are looking amazing, I can't say how grateful I am for all the positivity and honesty that's been shared over recent weeks, I'm not sure I'd have done as well as I have without it....so a great big thank you from me :T

17 AFD's please shaggy - bearacus could you put me down for the full monty again this week please.

Sending lots of AF vibes to you all for another successful week

    May x

  • Full monty for me please Bearacus.

Been a strange few weeks for me. But I'm all set for an AF week. Just wish I didn't have to go into work tomorrow. Can't believe how much I am dreading Mondays at the moment. I didn't even get an interview for the job I applied for locally  I was over qualified, so why no interview?

Tired, so off to bed. Night night all X
    Need to start again :o
