Another AFD for me last night. Barely even think about drinking now!! Getting through shedloads of coffee though and having massive chocolate/sweet cravings. Is this cos Im used to the high sugar content of alcohol everyday?? Got a bit narky about having to spend £6 on coffee in Tezzers yesterday, made me snigger when I think about how I wouldnt even flinch at spending £12-15 on wine every few days!!

Morning :hello:

By the time I got in from work last night it was half eight. I could have easily have reached for a glass of wine to go from zero to relaxed in one sip - but there was no wine to be had so I reached for a hot chocolate instead and it had the same effect lol
