Morning All!!
 Nice to have you back MissP. Sorry to hear things have been a bit tough recently.
Bearacus - Hope your mum is doing ok
Well I have been promised an AFD tonight (yeah, yeah. I know what you're all thinking. I'm taking it with a big pinch of salt as well :rotfl:) MrR has been bouncing off of the wall/doorframes the last couple of eveings so I really hope he makes an effort. There is no wine in the flat, just a couple of beers, and he is having to pick me up from a friends house on his way home from work which means I'll be there to remind him that he doesn't have to stop off at the shop for anything.
Wrap up warm today folks, it's a cold one out there.

9 afds for me please shaggy and 1 for the SNC please bearacus. I really want to make my target this month before I go on hols at the end of the month so no wavering for me! plus i have a spare tire to get rid of! I'm out for a meal tonight but am driving so will stick to sparkling mineral water. There's four of us who go and all but one drives so no bells when I get home hopefully. Everyone is being really active this month which is good. I find that if I do a class in the evening the last thing i want is a drink. Thankyou everyone for the well wishes :lovethoug . Mum is doing well on the radiotherapy (9/25 done) and herceptin. The side effects are not bad but she is getting tired and sore and we seem to have anything from 1-2 hours delay every day at the hospital xx On a good note though we have met some really lovely/amazing people over the course of her treatment and all we seem to do is laugh everyday :rotfl:
She may have to have more chemo and radiotherapy but we don't find that out till 2nd of feb xx Thanks again for all the support :T
16 af please shaggy and 1 for the snc
Got an mot, dentist appointment and hospital appointment today x so will update the challenge later x
