Afternoon all, really proud of myself, Girlie sat night in (i'm female) with pizza, goodies and dvds. Still no wine, in fact seem to have lost the compulsion to drink as a reward at the end of a long hard day!!!Hope it continues!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Off for a swim; this new healthy lifestyle will be the death of me.

Morning, just 2 alcohol free days this month so far. Not brilliant, but its a start. I will be having 2 next week (at least), so could you put me down for 2 for next weeks challenge please.

I am determined to get back to moderate drinking.

The SNC (School Night Challenge) is brilliant for that.

Bearacus, I'm not really sure about this week's challenge as waiting to hear from friends. Would you put me down for 2 for the SNC please and if I manage any more I'll let you know.
