Welcome stevo, and good luck! You're halfway there already! Are you just aiming for an AF January or do you plan to cut back longer term?
Hope everyone's having a happy day.0 -
Afternoon all, really proud of myself, Girlie sat night in (i'm female) with pizza, goodies and dvds. Still no wine, in fact seem to have lost the compulsion to drink as a reward at the end of a long hard day!!!Hope it continues!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Off for a swim; this new healthy lifestyle will be the death of me.Tomorrow is the first day of the rest of my life!

I am determined to get back to moderate drinking.0 -

Go Ed!Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
