20/22 AF for me now please. I tried twice to post yesterday, with no success.

DecemberBaby, I hope you managed to silence the bells.
41, hope you felt strong enough to either pour away the awful wine, or at the very least freeze it in an ice cube tray to use for cooking without having to buy a bottle as an excuse (if I do, most of it ends up in the cook, not good).
Jak, sorry about the job, but do look into whether the sacking constitutes unfair dismissal.

Wine still in fridge door. Don't cook much so that's out. I feel better now, thanks for the kind words and suggestions and I understand the problems with posting I'm having a few problems myself, thanks for persevering. I appreciated your posts and enjoy reading everyones differing lives and experiences it helps me immensely.

    Hi all,

I am loving the 2 night special too, makes it sound very appealing.

Also loving the positivity of this thread, its keeping me motivated.

I had some bells tonight, but i thought of some of the words spoken here lately and distracted myself. Had dinner and the moment has well and truely passed as usual.

Life is still hard being a single mum in all aspects. But i am focusing on the spring, I think that will be my time to come of hibernation and have a new start.

Does anyone know anything about income support/jsa and single parents, plus the new legislation that is coming in? I find that I am getting confused reading all this info on the net. My youngest turns 5 next month and i know these changes will apply to me. I have quite a few concerns i must say and I have been worrying about it pretty constantly for the last week. Its doing my head in.

    14/18 AF's and 1 SNC.

Thanks to Shaggy and Mackeroo for counting, you are both lovely!

21/22 AF for me- almost at my target, and feeling good. Sunday was a day I was feeling wine-deprived, but luckily the weather kept me indoors until it was too late for the supermarkets.

Me and OH have been sitting down to dinner, picking up imaginary wine glasses and saying "cheers". Is that just tormenting myself, lol?

I've donated another £10 to the charity I support and work for, World Vision, which is a bit mean really as I'd spend more than that on a weekend's worth of wine. I know I can't post links on here, so I'll post one on the Charity board if anyone's interested in what I'm up to.

    Hugs xx

Hooray! 11FD - that tips the balance in the AF favour. Looked at my diary this evening and it is not too bad. I can clearly see the slippery patch I had last week in the context of general progress. So feel less cross with myself. Will not make target this month though.

    Well done everyone!
