AFD 7 and 3 for the SNC please
I am shattered tonight so off for a bath then early to bed, I am sure my body de-toxing is the cause for the tiredness and wanting to catch up on all those years of crap sleep!
41 - Well done for staying strong :T
warbonnet - Good luck with 'The Biggest Loser' hopefully the lack of alcohol will give you a good start. I'm hoping to lose a few pounds too, but the most important thing at the moment is keeping off the drink, but if I do it will be a fab by product!
Chez - Hi and welcome aboard!
 to everyone else hope you are having a fab Tuesday and are where you want to be tonight
Night all,

8/22 AF for me please.
Poorly doggie is feeling quite a lot better today, and even managed a reasonable walk this evening - which was also good for me.
I must have looked a right narna (don't know the origin of that word but substitute prat for an approximate meaning). I was jogging along, but each step was only a couple of inches apart so that I didn't hurry her. I'm trying to reach a target of 7,000 steps a day and I've got a very sedentary job (aka feels like I'm chained to a desk).
Hugs where needed, and "well done"s all round.
Satchmo xWhat would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0 -

ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
