Tonight will be 8/31

Yesterday was a real trial, had my first counselling session and talked about a lot of things I'm not comfortable with. I had less than 4 hours sleep on Sunday night and the same last night so I feel like a zombie right now, but the strongest drink I've had is a cup of tea with two sweeteners in, so I am feeling rather proud.

Jak, I am thrilled for you, really well done.

I have had very loud bells here tonight, and would have had a glass of wine if it weren't for the SNC!
Now I've finished eating and everything's tidied up I'm declaring today AF! I've put 4 francs in my sealed pot and won't have any alcohol. In fact I want an early night tonight so it's tea all the way.

So 7 for January please shaggy and 2 for the SNC please Mackeroo.

AF-7/31. =. £7 to cancer research

Didn't sleep well again last night, hope tonight will be a bit better. I am feeling much fresher in the day though.


Someone gave me some bottles of Becks Blue today, I do like them, but I have put them in the cupboard and will put a couple in the fridge to drink on Friday or Saturday. I want to get out of the habit of drinking something that looks like a alcoholic drink every night. So most nights I will have tea or hot chocolate and treat myself to a ginger ale, with ice and lemon or alcohol free lager just at the weekends.


Started the biggest loser at work today, hope cutting the wine will help, I must have been drinking a few days extra calories every week!

Just checking in. 6 AF days out of 31 so far. Daughter kicked off big time at sainsburys till, thought id hit the booze as soon as got in cos i felt so sorry for myself. somehow i didnt and had a mcdonalds instead. So 1 SN AF and i feel okay if my ear got better id be great. Holby city on now so im happy. Hope u r all ok i wish you happiness.
