7/22 AF now, and the danger is passed until next weekend.

Have a very poorly 18-year-old Westie dog ATM, who's feeling very sorry for herself and wee-ing everywhere, not good.
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

I am in with the kids on my own usual monday darts night for oh. My brain is so wired to this routine, I walked into kitchen like a robot heading for the fridge. 3 bottles of wine 2 already open, john smiths, budweiser and stella. All oh's so not allowed to throw away he doesnt know i come on here but i did say im trying to give up the booze when he was complaining yesterday about buying me wine which i havent drunk. Doesnt normally buy me wine but because i bought a bottle a week or so ago he had to try and buy a better one. I shut the fridge walked away and downed a blackcurrant squash yum, good news too the antidepressants ive been taken which make me feel awful just so happen to coincide with my 3rd ear infection within a month. So fuzzy head down to that hopefully. Really hoping that once the ear infection goes and hopefully stays away that my head will feel better and by then hopefully i will be af for a while longer. It is good to go to the docs i told her everything apart from the drink because not had one since last thursday night. Sorry for long post got so much to say but noone to say it to. I will be here to listen when you all want to talk too promise lol.

Hope your dog feels better soon. My partner's daughter's dog has kennel cough and she is worried sick about him he is sweating and not well at all. You are doing really well, and hope that you wont drink due to the stress.

Well done to all the peeps who managed an af, to those who didn't its a brand new day and a whole brand new week..best of luck xx[/QUOTE]

    Evening :D

Well I was back to work today and feels like I have not been away! Have come home, done tea and tidied so now sat with a cup of tea watching TV. This is unheard of normally I come in, open the wine and would still be trying to sort tea at this point!

I am also very tired, but seem to be sleeping really well. Maybe this is just my body adjusting to a new routine without so much alcohol.

Anyway I am on day 6 AF today (sorry Shaggy got my maths wrong yesterday) and 2 for the SNC please.

    Mari xx

    Hi all

    Reporting in with 7AF

Jak - the site I use is plenty of fish - it can have a reputation, but tbh, the guy I met on Sat is the 1st creep I have met!
Keeps you occupied for hours lol

Well done 41 for passing on the alcohol, I have to remove mine from the house, I know you can't, so even more :T

    Hi peeps!

7 AFD for me please. I managed to get through the weekend without having a single drop and this has not been heard of for ages!

I must do this if I am ever to own a bungalow (well that's what I keep telling myself) :)

    Well done everyone!
