What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

    Hello All,

Managed 4 AF nights last month!

Tonight is going to be my first AF night of this month! Had a row with Other Half last night after I went out for ANOTHER bottle of wine last night at 9pm!

3/20 AF for me please. Throat infection clearing, thank God. Testing times start tomorrow, as on Fri/Sat/Sun it is usually "5 o'clock somewhere". I'm away at 2 work events so that might be easier as won't finish working until 11pm both nights.
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

I find if you tell yourself that it's really not worth ruining an AF day by drinking at 11 o'clock that usually works. Even if it means you have to promise yourself a 5 o'clock start on a 'planned' drinking day. Good Luck!

  • 1 AF to add for me please (3/15).

I usually have trouble with Thursday evenings as we ALWAYS have some wine after doing the shopping. However, I've changed tactics today......I've done the shopping this afternoon (alone) and am going swimming with a friend this evening. That will take me round to 9pm and I should be able to resist till bedtime!!!
