I'm sincerely hoping to have an AF day today. First day for a week that I haven't had a meal out!
cuppa, just wanted to say that I don't think you're being too hard on DS. I know he's going through a bad time but children can be so manipulative. You need to stick to a mantra when he starts that crying even though it's heartbreaking for you. So something like 'Mummy's going downstairs to do xxxx, daddy will be round tomorrow evening when I go to work, now you must go to sleep'. It would be so easy for him to get you to stay and talk to him or whatever he wants and it would change nothing. Agree that I've no idea how your OH can do this to him. Chin up!0 -

Well done bluebiro on your remarkable achievement :T:T
6 AF please Shaggy
Cuppa ~ i was thinking about you today. Not too sure how old you DS is but there are some good books for children which help explain what separation from daddy means and may let him see that other children have experienced what he is going through also. Just a thought. It’s not what you have in your life but who you have in your life that counts0 -
Another af day for SNC. I wasn't yesterday, but knew I wouldn't abstain as went out, and even though I didn't have as much as normal I felt really sick this morning (which was unusual).
Stocked up on vitamin c, and more soft drinks. 4 af days so far please shaggy. Hoping to notch up some more.0 -
At last back on the wagon after what seems like an age!
6 AFDs for September please Shaggy.0 -
1 more AFD to add please!
I had to work away yesterday & stayed in a hotel on Tuesday night. This is always my downfall. I had beer with my evening meal, then got 4 cans of Stella to take back to the hotel, where I had work to do. Went to bed, work then drove home. Took some cans in the house, & drank those over the last few hours. I recently had work in Canada (2 weeks ago) & then Italy (1 week ago), & I did the same ( drank with meals & then on my own my hotel).
I have more AFD at home because I think about my wife, & the nonsense my drinkings caused. But when away, I think no-one will know, & drink anyway!
Sorry for the lapse. Going to be AF until then end of the month.
Shaggy can you amend my TF to 15 please.Openscreen

Morning
Well I was having a great day yesterday but then it turned to crap as I have been called back for another mammogram after my first one. Given that 1 in 14 are called back it could be nothing...but it could be something. My next appointment has been booked at hospital for Monday but I'm going to see if I can get in today or tomorrow. I'd rather get it over with.
So I had a glass of wine last night and thankfully I slept well.
Oh and on the plus side I have lost another 2 pounds taking me to 11 pounds lost in total.
