3 SNC for me please
I'm having terrible trouble trying to get to sleep though tried Kalms last night but can't say they helped any.......I'm going to be exhausted by the weekend !
Hi there, hope it's ok to reply. When I started cutting down, I had the same problem. I also found having any coffee or tea (with caffeine) after tea time meant I was up all night. The alcohol use to negate the caffeine I flooded into me. I don't know if you're a tea/coffee drinker but if you are might be worth trying cut down on caffeinated drinks after 5pm?
Apologies if it won't help, just a thought. I switch to decaf after about 3pm.
Then again I found coffee made me a bit twitchy and a glass of wine early evening was the solution. Cut out the caffeine and rather ironically that reduced the 'I need a glass of wine' twitchiness early evening for me.
Goodluck, it does get easier to sleep and you'll probably have a better thorough sleep once you do get past this bit :A

Thanks for the advice, I am a heavy coffee drinker so will give it a go. I have recently started drinking peppermint tea as I was suffering from IBS so will try that in the evening instead0 -
I now have 4AF to report
I have to say, the thought of posting here today did stop me having a drink last night
I wasn't even stressed, just thought it would be nice to have a couple........
Hope you all have good weekends, the weather looks to be fantastic, so sure some wine drinking in beer gardens will be happening:D0 -

Hi Everyone,

Been a very stressful day today what with A level results and packing/ cleaning for our up and coming holiday. I am not going to declare quite yet, just in case...0 -
Hope everyone's had a successful evening. Tonight was a planned drinking night for me, even put a bottle in the fridge ready, but I really didn't fancy it For the stop button to kick in before the bottle's even opened is previously unheard of!:D
