I am off to V festival this weekend, so will have no AF to report after that, so trying to be good in the run up
bigdrinker - I agree with CCC, if you think you need a test means you know you are drinking too much - we have all been there0 -
I agree to a certain extent, but what if the doctor could actually help? Or if in an extreme case if something was really wrong and one actually needed treatment...
It's easy to say this hypothetically on here though - the reality is that I probably won't go, and will just try to cut back a day at a time for now.

Hello everyone. Just popping in to report 2 AF days. Not very good I know but the days when I have drunk it's been just a glass with dinner so I don't feel bad.
The children are back in school next week so I hope that'll help with the feeling that it's still the holidays so I can have a few drinks.Trying to keep in budget.

I had one done about 6 months ago because of an abnormality in a blood test.
Went and had an ultrasound and was told the problem I had *could* be caused because of fat in my liver, which is true as I`m built for comfort not for speed.
I wasnt bothered about the affects on a mortgage as I rent my property, but WAS hugely amused as this was about 4 months after I gave up booze ( and I am still dry).
The point is, the choice is up to you.0 -
