i have now lost 12lbs in 64 days without really cutting down my food just alcohol

I'm 6.5 months alocohol free now

Its now 10 months AF for me and tbh ....
I dont miss it at all and I have more money to spend om other things and also I can see my self not drinking again EVER...0 -

So must do better, am drinking less though so this is a step in the right direction I hope...

No DD's here last night - so DH and I celebrated by having several glasses of prosecco. Felt pretty rough today, but at least none of the DD's knew about it.
Spoke to DD1 in Australia (she's studying there for a year) using Skype today - wonderful - speaking to her more at the moment than we do when she is at uni!!! 0 -
