    Hi guys,

    Has anyone got a copy of the allen carr book that they wish to sell on to me please. Otherwise I will buy off ebay or amazon, but would prefer you guys first.

    Well I'm back after having a fab holiday and I can't believe how cold it is here!!!

    Just jumped on the scales and have gained NIL pounds :j Ate lots of yummy food, drank "in moderation" and walked lots (doing site seeing) so I'm a happy bunny....

    ..now I'm jumping on the wagon and starting (yet another) diet and exercise plan :o:o:o

    I'm off to catch up...

    What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
