Also what is the T/F on the challenge score after my score, please???
I think it stands for 'target free', as in you dont have a particular target of AF days to aim for.0 -

Loads of deep stuff on here, CrazyMum your honesty is inspiring to read. FPT well done on the squash, it was really interesting catching up on everyone this evening.
Well done to Idris too!
I felt a bit more clear headed today. Had some cheese but no wine and feeling pleased with this week so far.
I will probably be out of touch until Monday evening but would like to join in next week's snc please. I am still thinking about whether to drink or not the next 3 days.
Sleep well everyone.0 -
I'm getting to the ridiculous point where I'm looking forward to waking up and feeling good
That's not ridiculous crazymum, it's one of the (many) plus points of being AF.;)Wanna_Bee_Free wrote: »I will probably be out of touch until Monday evening but would like to join in next week's snc please. I am still thinking about whether to drink or not the next 3 days.
Well done for forward planning wbf:T
Sorry to hear the news about your so-called friend fpt, at least you didn't use alcohol to cope with it.
I'm trying to maintain my weight after losing and experimenting with how to introduce a few more calories but not too many. I'm delighted to say that I haven't entertained having extra drinks as a remote possibility. AF days are here to stay!!
