Can I add baking to the 'to do' list........banana cake in the oven as we speak.
Gardenanna, thanks...I'm just passing on the wisdom I've received from people further along their journey than me.
This is the AA mantra as it were. I find it covers most things!God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,There is another version that I rather like too, lets see if I can find it.
Courage to change the things I can,
And wisdom to know the difference.
God grant me the serenity
to accept the people I cannot change,
Courage to change the one I can
and the wisdom to know that's me!!Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -

I've got a headache too! so has DH. thought it was caffeine withdrawal then realised id had some today.
this is our 3rd day in a row without now. DH had got 8 beers in the fridge and 2l bottle of coke to mix with the JD thats left cz he's decided to "go out with a bang" but i came to my senses in the spirit aisle of tesco and realised that I've done a proper Slimming World day, joined a gym and if i drank now, it'd ruin all the diet AND take me at least a days further away from where i want to be.
I've put on so much weight from drinking and snacking whilst drunk its shocking. since i last went to SW at the beginning of november to when i rejoined on tues I've put on 13 pounds!0 -

I havent had a drink since Monday
I am so pleased. I too almost caved tonight-I have some wheat beer in the fridge and really fancied it but had a bath instead. I slept a lot better last night and know I will feel even better again tomorrow. I just dont want that nervous horrible feeling ever again!
I amnot suppose dto drink much because of my medication anyway and my Crohns is LOADS worse when Ive been on the razz. I am also trying to lose weight and drink makes me soooo bloated. I have had 2 pints of squash already and will move onto herbal tea in a minute.
Also have only had one fag since Monday!!!Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful or believe to be beautiful.

Oh how rude of me I meant to say well done everyone and Crazymum your post made me cry a bit. I have similar tales from when my eldest was a baby. Make me cringe now.
Also what is the T/F on the challenge score after my score, please???Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful or believe to be beautiful.
