  • I've got my cup of tea too gien!
1 AF & 1 SNC for me for today please Shaggy and Bearacus.
The big news was not what I was expecting. No new hat for me yet and the champagne remains in the fridge! Exciting new work venture for them though.
I'm going to sleep well, had the day from hell at work!

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

I used this thread to cut down on the booze before tackling weightloss. I did Slimming World and found it great. You get to eat loads and feel virtuous as it's a really healthy plan. Take a look at the website with the 7 day menu. (I don't work for them I'm just a convert after losing all the weight I wanted:D).

Thanks Maman and evilsquid1603 - I did join Slimming World last year, but it didn't really work with my alcohol consumption!!!

I am a healthy eater, as a rule, but then I think I get hormonal urges to eat rubbish - like 6 bags of crisps in one sitting :o

I am at a healthy weight now - just ned to curb my binges!

    8AF please Shaggy
