Sorry couldn't resist that. Well done on your acheivements tracy.
Welcome back cuppatea. I tended to drink a lot from 6-7 p.m while preparing dinner. It's really hard to get out of the habit. Somethimes I think I was thirsty as I used to drink so fast at that time of night. I can only suggest....cuppatea!
I had an unexpected AF night yesterday. DH seemed keen for me to drive to theatre. He had a drink, I didn't bother!:D

Hi all
I didn't make it to 3 months - just 85 days, which I am so chuffed with anyway....:j
I had 1 pint (lager not wine!) last night, which I really enjoyed, but was quite happy to go back onto the lime and soda
Hope all the returners get some inspiration from the thread, it has been invaluable for me, so ty all xxx0 -
Afternoon all
9 please Shaggy!
Welcome back to all returners!
Not been a bad weekend chez piggy. Had some fun times with Piglet (he has new wellies and wants to splash in every puddle imaginable!). Stepkids have also been down this weekend and we've all had a nice relaxing weekend.

Well this was a completely not AF weekend. I usually do not drink on Sunday's but had an unexpected catch up with some friends on the beach so ended up with a glass of cold vino, and lots of laughs which was lovely as as we were using the train no issues with driving. But now home and with a glass of squash.
I am not too worried about the lack of AFness but think it may mess up the target for this month, just pleased that usually I would come home and crack open another bottle of vino which did cross my mind but I went for the squash option instead.
For those who like a drink when cooking / waiting to cook try value fizzy water and some squash (elderflower is my current favourite) as an alternative - it's the glass in hand rather than contents of glass which I found to be the trigger. And a cup of tea feels different to a glass of vino or G&T!Start info Dec11

Morning :hello:
No more AFDs to report. I had 2 glasses of wine in the pub Saturday and shared a bottle of wine with OH Saturday. I had about 3 units. Last night finished what was left in the bottle, which was one glass and was probably 2 units. Back on the wagon tonight.
