What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

    Morning All

Well done Mackroo, that's fab!! :T
ChocolateCupcake - What was the big news your guests had??

Not a good start to our tuesday. MrR has phoned in sick. He says he has picked up the cold that I have had for the last few days. Seems odd that he doesn't have the same continous cough, oh and I still made it in to work/got up at 6.30 each day/ look after Baby all day. I wonder if his cold is related to the 9 bottles in 3 days.......................:undecided

Have a happy tuesday everyone!! :D

    That's a fantastic record tracy. Well done:T
I used this thread to cut down on the booze before tackling weightloss. I did Slimming World and found it great. You get to eat loads and feel virtuous as it's a really healthy plan. Take a look at the website with the 7 day menu. (I don't work for them I'm just a convert after losing all the weight I wanted:D).
