    Hi Everyone
Just popping in to share some good news. Yesterday i finally got to my Weight Watchers goal after losing just over 4 and a half stones. :jIm absolutely delighted. Celebrated last night with some lovely fizz :) so no more AF to report here.

:T:T well done, mackeroo, that's brilliant. As you know, I've done the same with SW and I know I could't have done it without this thread. It helped me so much (and still is) to cut back the empty calories in the booze before starting on the healthy eating. So it's thanks all round.:T

Shaggy, please increase my target to 29 days, thanks.

I lost the stop button again last night, resulting in almost two bottles of wine over several hours and I feel appalling today, panic and depression.:mad:So I think I ought to try for total AF for the rest of the month, and hopefully the stop button will come back.

Onwards and upwards Pricey. Those stop buttons are elusive things sometimes!!:(

  • Well done on reaching your goal Mackeroo.
    1AF day for me yesterday.
Got visitors tomorrow and I'm sure there will be wine with dinner, but I'm not going to go over the top.
Hope everyone is enjoying the long weekend. :-)

    Hi all,

Hope you're having a good weekend.

Thanks for your kind thoughts for the up and coming 5th anniversary. It's not here just yet but will be fairly soon. Sorry if that wasn't clear in my post.

Was on the way to a "challenging" function yesterday and saw someone who I met at a first AA meeting. I caught up with them and asked how they were, in the way that only people who have been there can understand...Was pleased to see they had attained their 5 years "badge" and never really thought about it any more.

I went to my function, refreshed in heart and soul and overcame several inconveniences throughout the day to make it another AFD.

    Take care all.

For what I've done...I start again...And whatever pain may come ...Today this ends... I'm forgiving what I've done -AF since June 2007

Thanks Miss Piggy, have felt worse today than I did yesterday. I have been a right miserable cow :(, as my kids will tell you!

Was supposed to be going to watch the local bands play at the pub today, was going to be AF, but then it rained, so we gave it a miss, so napped instead, oh, and ate, crisps, lots of....

    Shaggy, 6AF for May please - it's a miracle

I haven't heard from the guy today, am leaving the ball in his court now...so probably will mean I won't hear from him again!

    Hi all,
Long time no post again! Not great here, no AFD's for May so far. I'm hoping things are going to get easier, I really need to get a grip of this and take control.

Anyway hope others are doing well and are where they want to be.
