PLEASE PUT YOUR TARGET AFDs IN A BOLD RED FONT and good luck! (and if I've made any mistakes, don't be shy, please let me know!)

    EVERYONE WELCOME

When you are typing your reply - look at the top- in the middle is a capital letter A in blue - tap on the downpointing arrow at the right hand side and a palate of colours comes up - pick red!

Hope that helps and I've updated the chart to include your 3 days:j

Well birthday over with, share bottle of wine with DH over lunch and as a result had to have an afternoon snooze on the sofa. He offered me more when I woke up but said no so all in all a good day.
Up ridiculously early to make a meeting only to be called as I get to the destination as told the other parties missed their train and are running an HOUR late grrrr

    Morning all

Up early today as is funeral today and I have to work 7-11 this morning.

Got drunk last night and ending up being quite nasty to my OH. Poor man went in the pouring rain for an hour just to get away from me :(. I seem to be going round in circles, I really do. Going to get today over with and then sit and evaluate a little bit I think.

Hope all goes as well as these things can today MissP.:) You've been under lots of pressure lately. I think what happens is you're strong to support your mum then let it go at home so poor MrP suffers. I'm sure he understands.

One tip I used on SW was to know how much wine I could have in a week within my syn allowance and buy just that. I found I wouldn't touch it all week so I had some at weekends or it could work that you only had a little at a time to make it last. I thought it might help your evaluation.

Hope all went well today Miss P x

Well done Misslr, very restrained :)

melg1973 - I know you have the reassurance now, I am behind the times...when I read the Allen Carr book it said to continue drinking until the end, but agree with others, sounds unlikely you would hurt yourself. Hope it is all going ok

Today will be 5 AF please Shaggy

I had a massive calling last night, wine wed nearly got resurrected - managed to chill with a diet Irn Bru and a bubble bath - my work colleague had my share of wine :p

Tonight I am taxi driver - off with friends to watch a band, they are delighted I am sober lol

Hope everyone doing ok, and this miserable weather isn't getting you all down x just think, for most, a long weekend off, yahhhh (well, it's normal for me, I only work Tue/Wed/Thu:))
