welcomewagon.gif and good news :). Good luck with your AF journey. Do you want to join the April challenge? You just have to "pledge" a number of days that you want to be AF this month...

Thank you everyone for welcoming me and putting my mind at rest about withdrawal.

Lets go for 15 days AF!

That's a good target melg. I often worry about setting huge targets and then feeling dreadful if you don't acheive.

When I started, I always used to set my target against my diary so my target was roughly no drinking on 'ordinary' nights at home. That's where the SNC (School Night Challenge) helps a great deal. I also needed to guard against drinking so much at weekends/social occasions that I could play 'catch up' and drink the same quantity spread over fewer nights. I'm now at the point where I only drink at weekends but with any midweek social occasions added in so a maximum for me would be 19 BUT I know that on the drinking days I've been sensible and moderate.

Glad you had a good time at Highgrove MissP.

I had an early night last night so didn't check in.

    2AFDs please Shaggy.

    Morning all

Up early today as is funeral today and I have to work 7-11 this morning.

Got drunk last night and ending up being quite nasty to my OH. Poor man went in the pouring rain for an hour just to get away from me :(. I seem to be going round in circles, I really do. Going to get today over with and then sit and evaluate a little bit I think.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
