    Afternoon all

Thanks for all the hugs etc. Feel like I need them!:(

Shaggy, please can I set my target for April at 20? Hopefully less dramatic month and I might actually MAKE target this month!

Funeral is Thursday - will be happier when its over.

Well, managed the full 31 days of March, plus the 1st day of April :j:j
Have been extremely tempted to drink these last 2 days - again, another habit to always drink when at my Grandads (not that he drinks!) I am sure I usually drink more here as I can't sleep it's so noisy(traffic), so the alcohol knocks me out lol
Should be AF again tonight, am taking us all out for dinner in a bit, so driving

There is a can of lager in the fridge, but for some reason I think if I drink it I will want another one, so safest to leave it

Well done on everyone's AFness :)

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
