Tracey - just wanted to say wow and well done you - you seem to be doing so brilliantly.
Evilsquid - I love your positivity, interviews are always good for practice
Mrs R - I feel for you, you must get very frustrated. I have no answers, I wish I did. Hope you're enjoying your little one.
This past week I've felt amazing. After about 2.5 months of just not feeling too good - crying all the time, feeling low, feeling rather manic. I finally feel wonderful. Maman you said that we would all feel better with a bit of sunshine and maybe you were right
I feel calm and happy and like someone has given me my life back.
No more noose around my neck leading me to the whisky bottle every night.
Thankyou everyone - there are simply no words to tell you how grateful I am to have come across everyone here
(((Hugs))) to anyone in need
Shaggy - if I could I'd give you a medal for tirelessly keeping scores - you have no idea of how much it helps 12 AFD and thankyou0 -

ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

Hey Crazymum! I would tentatively recommend you look at the book Potatoes Not Prozac, by K Desmaisons. She used to work with alcoholics and researched sugar sensitivity. She recommends high protein zero overt sugar for dealing with sugar sensitivity and its emotional and physical effects. HTH x
12 AFD please Shaggy. x0 -
7 please, at last, going to get a Daisy :j
I nearly poured myself some wine last night, after DD1 'not wanting to talk' on the phone two days on the run, I started getting really worried about her. Anyway, DH phoned her and she called me back and explained she was in the middle of doing some very difficult work - could have explained that nicely earlier though. Then DD3 (doing GCSEs) is organising various festival trips this summer after the exams are finished, so trying to reign her in too  DD2 is very sensible, but she goes to uni in SeptemberI know they need to grow up and become independent, but it's all happening too quickly.
I really admire the people who are accumulating all these AFDs, especially CrazyMum :T
Have a good day everybody!0
