PLEASE PUT YOUR TARGET AFDs IN A BOLD RED FONT and good luck! (and if I've made any mistakes, don't be shy, please let me know!)
EVERYONE WELCOMEWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

Hi All
I'm really rubbish at updating at the moment, work is manically busy and I'm staying away from home loads which doesn't help.
The good news is that being so busy is keeping my mind off the pop and I'm now on a total of 9 AFD's so far in March please shaggy.
It's great to see so many 'daisy's' on the tracker - well done everyone :TLBM Aug '07 Debt [STRIKE]£52,615[/STRIKE] DEBT FREE Aug '12 :jCap One CC £[STRIKE]5000[/STRIKE]/£0 - HSBC CC £[STRIKE]7500[/STRIKE]/£0 - HSBC Loan £[STRIKE]12,225[/STRIKE]/£0M&S CC £[STRIKE]11,500[/STRIKE]/£0 - Egg CC £[STRIKE]8750[/STRIKE]/£0 - Sains CC £[STRIKE]3000[/STRIKE]/£0HMRC £[STRIKE]3140[/STRIKE]/£0 - OD £[STRIKE]1500[/STRIKE]/£0Pay off ALL your debt by Xmas 2012 £14,128/£14,128 :j0 -

Hi all,
Just stumbled across the thread and will look at the vast reading I have to do. I've given up alcohol since 22nd Feb and although am finding it ok at the moment all my friends are storing up going out for when I'm drinking again. I know I drink too much and am concerned about it. Even my family haven't realised how much I drink and so somehow after the Easter thing has gone I'm going to have to cope somehow.
I've found that I've got loads more money and lost weigh since coming off the source but because I'm known as a drinker everyone expects me to indulge. I want to change it, not drink every day like I've been doing but it's going to get difficult again.
Any coping strategies and advice pls.
Will get reading when I can.
Thanks

and from me!
i remember my dissertation, it was hell on earth. spent a week chasing my personal tutor who'd promised to have a read to give her a copy then she took so long getting back to me i was nearly on the deadline and i just had to hand it in regardless.
don't forget to take it for binding as early as you possibly can. i did mine a day before the deadline and the SU was already rammed with the binding queue and had a long wait!0 -
I just had a count and I think I have managed 10 days this month.
I drank 03/09/10 so therefore 13-3 = 10 AF Days and I got a flower - thank you made me smile today.Start info Dec11
