ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

Hi everyone. I've been away sunning myself - lucky lucky me - and just got back to find lots of new people on here - wow we're an ever expanding gang. Hello and good luck to you all and hi to the "oldies". I've only had a chance to read back a few pages so I hope you're all ok. Sorry to hear about your family problems miss p and that mr r didn't manage the challenge mrs r.
I didn't set myself any targets on holiday but decided to just see how it went. Big mistakeI had one or two drinks a day for 4 days (either a cold beer round the pool or wine with a meal and never more than 2 glasses) and it was all going really well. I'd had 26 afd's on the trot before I went away and it felt ok - like special occasion drinks. Then on day 5 I started having panic attacks, weepy, shaking, depressed and all I can think was it was the cummulative effect of the alcohol. It was a real shock and I felt lousy. I'm fine now - back on the fizzy water - so please can I go TF for March Shaggy with 4 afd's so far.
