Have done really well today! Swam 50 lengths this morning, was digging my new flowerbed in the brilliant sun this afternoon. i then cut the lawn and 2night tidied up all my photos on the computer.
far too busy to drink, even ignored the bottle of fizzy given in a present!!
2af for March.
off to bed now as have to get up very early to swim another 50 lengths 2morrow.
have a lovely weekend everyone.
Tomorrow is the first day of the rest of my life!

And I can now join a few of you in an AF Friday :j
Had the best night out, was slightly dreading going out without drinking, but turned out great - danced all night, got a guys number(sure it should be the other way round, oh well!)
Lemonade all night, so will be peeing al night now
Its lovely to remember peoples names and faces, had to keep telling my Mum and her friend as they were slightly inebriated :rotfl:
Happy Saturday everyone x0 -
Morning, well done all you Friday AF ones.
I am having an uber productive Saturday - apart from one of my sports bras deciding to fail miserably  luckily at a time whilst I am still in the house! Phew!
DH said I should go to the land of Mr T as they have a clothing sale on so might get some new ones there. So on the list for today whilst he is sleeping (bless works nights so he's off to bed now)
Managed to get a load of washing on, dog walked and fed, plus emails and banking checked already. Kitchen was already tidy from last night so nothing to do there, now off to the gym for a Step session (very good thing said bra did not let go a bit later today - that would be embarrassing!)
Have a good Saturday everyone!Start info Dec11

Sorry I've been awol, I've been a bit busy socialising(nothing wild) so I've nothing new to report. I'm hoping to jump on the wagon tonight however when it passes through.....
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
