    Hello all.

I did try this, then forgot about posting in the forums at all, distractions and all over the place!

Today is a bit of a washout after 3AF days, but determined. Pop me in for 14 this month!

The aim generally speaking was to quit altogether, but I don't know for now!

Have not been on for some time as I have been so busy!! Daughter moved into first house and wanted everything done yesterday. I painted solidly for 8 days from 9am to 7pm. I felt I needed a treat to get over it, so enjoyed too much wine.
Have also been out for lots of meals, but managed to cut down to only 1 glass.

Only 4 more AFDS for feb.

I am back swimming again, have spent 2 days digging in my new garden and booked a holiday.
Only 9 weeks to lose masses of weight; so aim to be absolutely AF from now on. I'm so unfit!! The thought of falling off windsurfers and climbing back into capsized dinghies is mind blowing in my present state.

Hope to keep to the straight and narrow from now on.
Good luck to all the newbies and hugs to everyone in need.
Tomorrow is the first day of the rest of my life!
No buying unnecessary clothes even if they are reduced.

Enjoy your weekend away pixnmix - lucky you!

Well, I got confused, and am actually out tonight not last night..
Weird how you feel drunk without drinking

Shaggy - do I declare for March now, or should I be doing a running total?!?

Well chuffed managed 12 days AF, will be 13 after tonight

I am off to a singles night, without beer goggles - wish me luck:D

I have now passed my Allen Carr book on to someone at work, hope it helps them as much as me

Hope everyone is having a happy sunny Friday

    Tracy x
