What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

4 AF days so far this month
DH was feeling bit rough after his session with friend on Sunday, managed to do nothing yesterday, early bed and late lie in today, said he didn't sleep at all. I did NOT say "told you so" just put glass of water by bed and left him and the dog to snooze this morning. Think he is going to find the night shift hard going this week.

    Hello everyone

After a shocking few months of having a drink most evenings - even if it was just one galss of wine (why!!!!) Its time to get back on this challenge so my TARGET FOR MARCH IS GOING TO BE 12 AF

I know that its not great but if I set a target too high Ill give up without even trying this feels achievable for me!

And after last night that me already got 1AF DAY under my belt

I really need to do this, my skin is terrible I have on weight and have no energy...things must change!

Another AF day yesterday, thanks! Was quite challenging cos my flatmate was drinking wine and tried to persuade me, complaining "I don't want to drink alone". Well just don't drink then! Its not like the only choice to to drink alone or persuade me to drink! Its annoying cos I have told her that I'm cutting down and trying to do AF on school nights, but she isn't taking me seriously. Anywhoo, I held strong and feel better for it this morning. And all the extra energy is going to be channelled into a gym session at lunch time.
