Another AF day yesterday, thanks! Was quite challenging cos my flatmate was drinking wine and tried to persuade me, complaining "I don't want to drink alone". Well just don't drink then! Its not like the only choice to to drink alone or persuade me to drink! Its annoying cos I have told her that I'm cutting down and trying to do AF on school nights, but she isn't taking me seriously. Anywhoo, I held strong and feel better for it this morning. And all the extra energy is going to be channelled into a gym session at lunch time.

:T for staying strong. It's infuriating that your flatmate expected you to just go along with her but the more you stay strong the more likely she is to get the message!!! I always have a sneaking suspicion that people are a bit jealous or envious as they know that some AF days are the right way to go. Enjoy your gym session.

Good for you sticking to your guns, perhaps your flatmate will join you - enjoy the gym session

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

I have 5 AF days for this month - just as well as I was discussing pensions and planning last night and also had a rubbish night's sleep so any hint of alcohol would have been even more of a "no leave me alone I want to be in bed" feeling this am.
