  • Good morning all

Tracy_36 - :T:TYou are doing brilliantly. I wouldn't worry what anybody else thinks. You are doing this for YOU.

Maman - I'm certain you'll be back on that wagon today. And the very fact you were on here at midnight, typing lucidly (if you know what I mean), shows that you didn't overdo it.

Rachelww - hope everything is ok and that your Mum is alright

Shaggy - 18 for me please!!

Think part of whats putting me off of drinking this week is that I'm so damned tired!:( I think its a remnant of all the bugs we've had recently. From about 7pm onwards I just want to go to bed! So am starting a vitamin regime today in the hope it will give me a boost.

    Miss P
    xx

Thanks for kind words, I'll definitely be AF tonight.

Hope your vits work for you MissP. I think this general lethargy is to do with the time of year. We're all craving light and sunshine. I thinks that's Vitamin D shortage??

  • Hi Bearacus,
Well done on your brilliant progress, that really is fantastic!!

Im doing okay, not as well as Tracey_36 but I am happy with my progress. I've halved what I usually drink and am down to 2 glasses a day. Which will be lowered as soon as I think I am capable without missing it too much. Been quite a revelation that it is mostly just habit but still want to go for at least a six month break.

Hope you are all having a good day J x

Chilli red - The only reason I am doing well is I had a shock that has made me triple determined to give up IYKWIM
2 glasses a day is good :j(unless they are half bottle sizes like mine lol)

I am nearly half way thru the book, and so far, I would say it is well worth the £9
It also recommends you are still drinking whilst your read it(not at the same time)
I fear I am going to turn into a preacher

You can only give yourself a break when you are ready

Oh, and are you finding it strange that the top smilie is 'have a beer'!
