I'll put you down for the remainder of Feb. That'll look like 3/11 - that means there are 8 days left in Feb and you've already completed 3. You can sign up for as many days as you lke in March - if you wanted to complete a calendar month, that would be another 19.

    I hope that's ok :)

Thank you - I am looking forward to a heart lol :)

    Hi all.

Just drove past tesco and was very tempted to get some red wine for this evening..but decided against it. I am trying not to go into any supermarkets at the moment, and save money instead of spending it, and thats helping me with the no drinking too.

So, no doubt it'll be another AF here this evening, but i wont report it until about 6pm as about 4-6 is my worst time for caving in and getting some!

    Will report back later!

First Wed since I can remember that no wine has been consumed, or anything else alcoholic :) The Allen Carr book has arrived, so read a few chapters, think it's going to be hard going, but will do a few chapters every night.
Some people can't understand how drastic I am being - no alcohol in house, buying book, being on here etc etc
Just hope I can prove to them, and more importantly me, that I can do it....

Oh, and I have been busy de nitting my DD hair, so have been occupied - and same again tomorrow, the joys

    Evening all!
As predicted, its another AF here this evening, i am just off to bed now.
I now realise that at least of the reason i wasnt sleeping properly to start with, was that i was replacing alcohol with tea! Way too much caffine!!!
So now i am drinking squash, fruit juice or OJ and i am sleeping loads better!

    Night all!

Not sooo good here tonight. Had my planned glass with lunch out. That was fine but have carried on this evening which is unusual for me. Definitely back on wagon tomorrow, can't and won't slip into bad habits.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Good luck. I'll be thinking of you - your wise words and approach to moderate drinking have helped me so much:T
