Hiya, I saw your story - when did a glass of wine become a bottle?!?! I can't remember, but sure after I had kids........Oldest is 9 now. Oh well, onwards and upwards. Good luck

I wish I knew, cant even blame it on the glasses getting bigger as mine have always been big :-)

Why is it tears mean wine or gin? Even several days later it still seems like a good reason when the day / night of tears you managed without?

Well, read loads more posts, and have just ordered the Allen Carr book. Feeling very inspired, ty everyone Bed now, and back for more reading tomorrow - this will keep me away from the wine

Even with a limited bit of drinking last night I missed the end of two programmes by falling asleep at crucial point. And I woke up in the night with a dry mouth. Why????? Definitely AF today.

Recovering Alcoholic - I saw that programme in the Radio Times whilst I was at work this morning (I will be watching).
BBC1 tonight 8.30pm

Hope everyone had a great weekend. We're off to Tenerife at the end of this week to see my poorly Dad (latter stages of emphysema and stuff). I am ridiculously disorganised but oh so excited about seeing him.

PS Today is day 56 alcohol free
day 26 smoke free
