    Morning :hello:

1 more Friday AFD making 6 in a row :) I didn't hear any bells last night and then my sister rang (she talks for hours) and I thought - wouldn't it be nice to have a glass of wine with my chat! Nothing in my flat though, so the moment past and another AF Friday was clocked up, a good night sleep was had, and I'm feeling great this morning :j

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Miss P in-laws can be a real pain in the butt!!! Onwards and upwards - don't let it spoil your weekend.

Missrlr - Good Luck with all that!

  • Eeeek bruised ribs, skinned knee, bashed thumb - and NO not a drop of alcohohol was involved, not even to take the pain away:rotfl:
  • 14 please, Shaggy - hurray!!

Clanging bells every evening at the moment, but I'm shutting them out. I'm feeling very well at the moment, and face is not puffy.

I hope everybody has a good weekend.

Miss P - oh no, I haven't heard much about your MIL recently! Mine is being quite pleasant at the moment, but I know things can change very quickly ...

Meeting old friends for lunch today, I used to join them with wine, but have stopped this for the past 2 years or so - I always have a valid excuse such as needing to take one of my DD's somewhere in the car - usually true too!

Well finally I have had a letter from my surgery asking me to make an appointment to discuss the results.

Appointment made for 8.30 on 27/02/12 |(so no lie in for me on my day off !).

But what did make me laugh was the final paragraph in the letter which read " Your doctor has asked me to stress there is no cause for alarm as you would have been telephoned if it was more urgent".

I will update you all on the 27th !
  • Morning all
