    OMG I love crisps....but yuck

How about we all measure upper arms, chest, waist, hips, thighs once a week? Anyone who hasn't lost lbs could possibly have lost inches/cms :D

    Food today....

B: 2 weetabix, semi skimmed milk, small banana. Coffee.

L: chicken, bacon, stuffing & mayo sandwich on wholemeal bread from Tesco.

D: Chinese takeaway...chicken curry, fried rice, few of hubby's chips.

    S: 2 bottles bud, wine, 1 lime vodka & diet 7up. I love the weekend yayyyyy:D

Took dd to dr this morning as she has developed a rash on the palms of her hands and soles of her feet, they are not sure what it is but have given her some antibiotics, She also gave me something for my sickness.
Has your DD any blisters in her mouth SIRENS? And has the rash turned to blisters? There are a lot of cases of 'hand, foot and mouth' in our area at the moment. I'd never heard of it until recently. It's mostly young children who catch the virus and it lasts a couple of weeks. It affects the palms of the hands, soles of the feet and inside the mouth, and it's quite distressing to see a small child with it, but they get over it fairly quickly.
Whatever your DD has, though, I hope she soon recovers, SIRENS.
Also, I hope your sickness goes away soon.

KW - I haven't had enough courage to step on the Wii today, so I'm going to wait until next week's weigh in.

So pleased I don't care for crisps - if I did I'd just have been put off!
I am determined ellie, I don't ever want to go back to not being able to breathe, walk up stairs without sitting down half-way, etc. Have enough trouble with me stoopid bellows as it is without making it worse :)

Just made a sc full of chicken and leek soup, no thinkenings like potatoes or lentils but will blend it so it thickens itself, then I can add a bit more water to make it go further. I think I've rather overdone the garlic though so just as well I live on my own :D

The friend who stayed gave me a pair of jeans which are too short for her, when I tried them on yesterday I knew I'd not be able to wear them for a whole day. Little things like that will spur me on

    Sweet dreams :)
