Morning All
Well after a week of feeling poorly with cold and doing no exercise at all, I'm not at all surprised to be reporting a small gain - looks like half a pound but I'm going to take the hit an report a 1lb gain, but I fully intend to turn that around by next weeks' WI.
To be honest, I'm surprised after last weekend's gluttony that it's such a small amount!
Still feeling yuk but improving so hope to be back to some kind of normality next week. I didn't move from the sofa yesterday. The weather forecast isn't inspiring me for any kind of exercise this weekend, so I think I'll just accept that I need to rest for now, and aim to be well by Monday...
Hope you've all had a better week. Good luck with your weigh ins :T

Good morning everyone, hope everyone is well.
Ragz I would like to report a 1 pound loss
I am very happy about this.
I'm not sure what my meal plans are, but will definitely start off with a nice bowl of porridge. Exercise - I am going swimming later, am looking forward to it.
Best of luck for all the weighins.0 -
Morning all, I hope all are well. I'm flying in to report a 2lb loss.
I'm very happy about this as I've been ill all week so exercise has been non-existent and I feel like I've eaten loads.
No exercise for me today, just a long day at work.
Good luck on all the weigh ins, may the god of weight loss shine on you all. :T[FONT="][FONT="] Fighting the biggest battle of my life.Started 30th January 2018.

Absolutely! Every little helps, I am pretty sure these things talk to us subliminally and must have some effect. :rotfl:
I have been weighing myself daily and am amazed how much it varies from one day to the next. It was seeming way too good to be true this morning to be by down 3lbs this week, so I've weighed myself again tonight and it appears it may actually be for real. However, to be on the safe side I'm going to declare it as 2lb loss
I resisted massive temptation at a farewell lunch at the office today and nibbled on one cracker, a tiny piece of brie with two grapes which I had 'just to be sociable'; whilst everyone else chowed down on sandwiches, nibbles and mahoosive amounts of cake. I also found an ideal spot for a walk tonight and did 30 minutes before I went to the supermarket. :T I am afraid to say it was a little bit too hot for much physical exertion, but I did manage to break into a brief run for about 100 metres.Mortgage

Morning all
Failed to go swimming again last nightI had a meeting in the afternoon in a really hot room and I had a splitting headache. By the time I got home it was reaching migraine level so I just took some pills and went to bed for an hour. Luckily that saw it off, but then it was a bit late for swimming. I will go over the weekend though.
Weighed in this morning, and I can declare a 1lb loss :j Pleased with that as we weren't very good last weekend, and it's been TOTM and I succumbed to a whole twix (300 calories! and I still ate it after seeing that on the packet) Other meals haven't been too bad though, and I've managed to bring lunch to work most days which makes a big difference for me. If I have to go to the shop at work I can't seem to resist crisps and a cheese sarnie.
Today:
Breakfast: activita yoghurt
Lunch: ham sandwich, apple, satsuma
Dinner: undecided, DH is out tonight so just me. this is normally danger zone for me, so will have to think about what to have and stick to it.Little monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160 -

Well, after my last post the stomach bug decided that it hadn't really wanted to leave and I spent a good few hours feeling very poorly indeed. But yesterday I had
breakfast: a couple of raw mushrooms (I hate raw mushrooms but it was all I wanted!)
lunch: scrambled egg with cabbage and some parmesan
supper: steamed salmon with pesto and a huge helping of sprouts with a philly and pesto sauce.
Today I'm feeling very much better - probably because I was able to eat yesterday LOL - I've made sure I've drunk plenty (and licked at some marmite to get some salt in me to help get over the dehydration) and I'm weighing in at 16st 1lb. It seems that, thanks to the stomach bug, I've almost met my Easter target, not the nicest way to do it I have to say! I'm counting the first 3 lbs as water and possibly haven't made everything back so I'll assume another 2lb there, as DS1 and new girlfriend are coming to visit this weekend (eek) I'm weighing in now
Ragz, please put me down for a 4lb loss since I startedEat food. Not too much. Mostly plants - Michael Pollan

ragz could you put me down for a 1lb loss please, looks like we're on the move again. Am I going to reach target by 30th March when I go away for a week? Unlikely but I'm at least heading in the right direction and I'm very happy with that
B - porridge with spice and dried fruit, a dash of sk milk on top
D - 2nd half of yesterdays veg omelette, sf lime jelly
T - hm veg soup, slice Danish
Snacks - apple, satsuma, melon, pineapple

good morning all
sorry for having been awol for a while. have had a better week this week and am pleased to have a 2lb loss. this is the lb i had put back on and a friend making a total of 4lb since we started. sorry RAGZ for being an awkard, confusing so and so!
have managed to do better with the exercise this week but the eating has been tricky - too much chocolate and picking in the eveningam feeling a bit more positive again today after a fairly negative few weeks.
OH is working tomorrow night too so that means no sat night with too much alcohol. we are out for a meal on sunday though so must try to make good choices.
the plan for today is:
40g ready brek with semi-skimmed & blueberrries
fish and salad in WM pita
dinner will be a lovely (large) steak, leeks cooked with mustard & LF creme fraishe and a small amount of roasted BNS. i will also be partaking in a glass or 2 of rouge!
reading that back, my dinner sounds very indulgent doesnt it
hope you are all doing well- prior planning prevents poor performance!
