I think daisiegg may be like Blackpool rock...except she's cake all the way through :rotfl:

    Still being very restrained -
    muesli
    2 slices wm toast
salad (eating what's not gone off with the dodgy fridge -coleslaw, little bit cheese, boiled egg, beetroot + lots of lettuce from the garden) microwave chips, lf yoghurt.

No snacks! But also no exercise, unless you count mental exercise...trying to do tax return, taking ages...I can write sums with a pen much quicker than I can type them :o

Also gave away 4 huge bags of flowerpots from my shed clear out tonight...more lovely space :)

Lol so funny. Really struggling this evening, babies have been driving me crazy, but fortunately I have no chocolate in the house apart from Rockies and I don't really fancy them. I'm watching channel 4 with a diet special programme, enough to have me reaching for the chewing gum and deciding not to eat anything else this evening!

or am I? Come over to the dark side....(if there was a devil smiley it would go here!!!)
    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Daisiegg - we don't need much persuading :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Well first day back to work after hols, and not too bad a day. Fairly busy - just enough to keep me occupied all day with a bit left over for my supervisor to see to tomorrow ;)

    Foodwise -
B- muesli, Greek yog, honey, soya milk
L- ham & pease pudding sandwich - I pulled the crusts off so it wouldn't be as much bread
D- Basmati rice, fish fingers x 3, mixed veggies
Then it all went downhill :(
I was given a box of Thornton's chocs for my birthday, so I had 2 and DH is very kindly helping me to eat them. But then the sugar bug hit me and I had a piece of shortbread :o
Now I'm having some Fatfree strawberry yog with raspberries and that's going to be it for today.

I needed to bake for the coffee morning, so I've made a Bran Fruit loaf, and a Swiss roll which has very little fat in it. I'm going to give away as much as I can, but if we bring any home, they're not too bad, are they?

Hope you have a good evening Theatregirl.

    Morning all.

Well, it looks like I'm firmly stuck on a slightly pathetic 1/2lb weight loss for this week - I can't see any major weight loss happening between now and this time tomorrow - but, on the plus side, I put my purple trousers on this morning and they're noticeably looser around my waist and bum. It's amazing how much difference a small amount of lost weight can make! :)

    Today goes:

B - FF mango and vanilla yoghurt; small fruity teacake with a thin spreading of ginger curd
    L - something salady - I'll have to buy something again :o
D - salmon filo parcel with stirfried veggies

Then out to the pub quiz - the first one I've been to for a while - so I'll have a couple of drinks there, which won't help the weight loss but will be fun. ;)
Back after a very long break!

    Me :D:D

    Got it back :p
Unlike MrsCD I was lucky and didn't get any chocolates for my birthday - I think they're beginning to listen at last. And unlike daisiegg, FG, CCP etc., I don't like cake very much, though I have to say the little one does look yummy!

    B - Orange
    L - 3 crackerbread with vegemite/egg mayo/marmalade
D - sea bream baked in lemon juice/black pepper, salad
    S - carrot batons, melon
E - cleaning bedroom carpet. Trust me to choose what may be the hottest day of the year, but it's gotta be done, and might even burn off a cal or two. Ever hopeful :D

Stay cool and enjoy the weather :)
