or am I? Come over to the dark side....(if there was a devil smiley it would go here!!!)
  • evening everyone....
*rolls around in cake mix that seems to be all over the thread*
I'm not even remotely jealous. :p

seem to be having a time here with stabbing myself - yesterday it was needles and today I managed to cut my finger with a knife at work!!! all plastered up though (although I kind of wish it was the other sort of plastered! lol)

rest of food today as below:
    l - bagel with cheese/pepperoni/salad. 4 x digestive biccies
s - wotsits (havent had them in ages, they were so nice!)
d - hm rice + quorn chicken portion w/ sweetcorn, chocolate lollipop

plenty of walking around and stairs etc the last two days.

tomorrow I am biting the bullet and going to see a theatre show in the evening by myself. its all booked, ticket was £25 for best available front stalls or front dress circle.
bit nervous about it tbh, I've been to the cinema alone before but never the theatre....

Oooh theatre girl you'll have a fab time! You'll be so engrossed in the show you'll forget you're even on your own.

Well due to baby DD crying all evening and all night, I didn't make any cakes :( the scales thanked me this morning though and I seem to have managed to lose the 2lb I put on, so fingers crossed for a proper loss on Friday.

Thanks again for the recipe daisie, I've passed it on to my vegan friend and I intend to have a go at making them either Friday or Saturday do that I have enough time to burn off the calories before weigh in.

    Meal plan today,

    Porridge
3 ryvita with quark and tomatoes

Haven't thought of dinner or snacks just that. Do find putting everything on MFP really helpful calorie wise though.

    Morning all.

Well, after yesterday's large lunch I followed up by adding a portion of oven chips to my evening meal. :o Hopefully that's got that out of my system and I can be good for the next couple of days, up to the weigh-in: I've only lost 1/2lb so far this week and would like to round that to a whole lb if possible.

B - two slices of seed toast with a thin (ish) layer of ginger curd
L - slice of ham and leek quiche with something salad-y (I'll have to buy something so I don't know what yet); portion of pineapple in juice
D - bean and cheese wraps (with - note to self - a small amount of cheese); small mixed salad
Back after a very long break!

I'm not going to list the food I ate during my long weekend away, I'd get banned! Suffice to say it was a super break, in fun company. Seven ladies with not a bicker among us, just aching with laughter and even a little dancing, perhaps that helped wear off a cal or two...

Brunch - sausage, bacon, tomato, mushroom, egg
T - 3 crackerbread with vegemite, cheese & pickle, marmalade
    S - carrot batons
    E - 2x10 mins, usual housework

    Who took the sunshine?
