    It was my husband who knew I was pregnant before I realised. He caught me stuffing marmite - now I hate marmite when not pregnant but craved it when expecting (all five times) !!!

    Craving pasta is a daily occurrence for me... :rotfl: but the being sick and funny tastes (actually I have brushed my teeth three times in the last hour as my mouth tastes weird) is unusual. I hope I'm not sickening for something as I am off to Geneva on Friday!

    Would be nigh on impossible for me to be preggers....No, not pregnant...just fat and greedy!! :rotfl:

    I've had a slightly odd taste in my mouth all morning, too, although I know that mine's just caused by the medication I take every day - once I get the taste in my mouth it's very hard to shift! :(

    My lunch today was a granary baguette with lots of home-cooked gammon ham, mustard and a few slices of tomato, a granola flapjack and an apple. I know there's a reason I don't use that sandwich shop very often - their food's just so good, and so generously portioned! I have to admit that it feels wonderful not to be hungry for once, though. :o

    Sorry, ellie, but no - cakes should be plain sponge, with butter cream and wings stuck in the top, so you can pull the wings off and eat them first. Or is that just me? :o

    Ooh, I like those too. And hence the name "fairy cakes"...none of this modern cupcake stuff...when did all cakes become cupcakes? :)
