Well done all the losers :T
I'll do my WI tomorrow as I had planned to go on the Wii this morning, but 'Someone' was 'watching something' so I couldn't before going to work :(. The TV was offered to me after I'd eaten my breakfast, and we all know you don't get weighed after eating, do you!

Savesummore - Thanks for the comments on my post earlier in the week. I know I eat far too many carbs and now I think it sort of makes sense how things work, but I know there are different types of carbs and some are better than others. I just need to figure out how much to eat of the better ones and dump the bad ones IYSWIM! Why is it so hard??????????

Theatregirl - Do you like veggie sticks for snacking? You can put them in little zipper bags in a fridge for when you need something.

It just drains me of all energy when it's so warm, so I'm having an early night to be ready for work again tomorrow.

TONIGHT I get to have wine :D:D:D:D:T:T:T:j:j :j and it is delicious!

Today has been bizarre food wise...

B - porridge with a bit of maple syrup (GORGEOUS)
S - dried fruit (80 cals), an apple
L? S? - 3:eek: bowls of dry bran flakes. Why?! This is what happens when I have no snacky food in the house,...I eat dry cereal. And apparently when I buy cereal that is not nice to eat dry like bran flakes...I still eat it dry! :rotfl: it gets to the stage where the only cereal I can have in the house is weetabix as you CAN'T eat that dry
D - hm chicken curry (about 2 chunks of chicken, the rest veg, and a tomato based not creamy sauce, so not very bad for me) with rice, 2 glasses red wine

Hope everyone has a lovely weekend ! I have lots of nice things planned, but will try not to be TOO naughty...

    Hi lovelies
Just an update on my menu today.
Ended up having a gammon sarnie with mango chutney, no fat on it though!
Totally blew it this afternoon after a little upset. Strainght to the biscuit tin and three HM chocolate cookies later still feel like p**h.
Hey Ho hope for a better day tomorrow it is supposed to be hot and I know there are some that love it but I have to say I dread it. This heat totally drains my energy and to be honest there is a limit to what you can take off and stay descent!!;)
Anyway have a good weekend all.

Hope you're ok sugarpuss (my iPad autocorrected that to sugarless - quite appropriate for this thread I think!) and whatever made you upset goes away soon xx

I lost another 1lb this week, taking me to 14lbs altogether since I started my diet!

    Today I've had:-
    B - a1d! 'special k' with soya milk
L - scrambled egg on toast
D - cheese slice with oven chips
Drinks - 3 cups black coffee, 1 cup of tea with semi skimmed milk, 6 glasses water, 1 bottle of lager, latte with skimmed milk
Snacks - 1 twix biscuit finger, 1 WW jaffa cake bar

E - only about 5 mins on wii fit, but I burnt off quite a few calories while doing housework/ironing, and I may do a bit on my exercise bike before I go to bed

Was a bit confused by the wii fit this morning, 2 weeks ago I set a target to lose 2lbs in 2 weeks, since then I've lost 3lbs, yet the wii said I still needed to lose a little more to get to my target, even though it said I'd lost 2lbs since my last weigh in?

WELL DONE to all the losers, STSers and those that are holding on in there. ;) Very encouraging.

My meals today have been completely whacky as I've not fancied real food. Soooo.......

    2 Bananas

    Buttered currant teacake(at mum's)

    2 peanuts sweets
2 slices tiger bread and marmite

Slice Thorntons toffee cake with ice-cream :o

Well that was healthy, wasn't it? I might try to recover with a slice of watermelon to make myself feel better. :p

As we've been invited out to tea tomorrow and I know its a calorific tea I shall just have to eat smart all day and just enjoy the night.

Have a great weekend everyone. :D

  • This is my first week on here and I only started on Monday, but I was still disappointed this morning to have stayed the same so 0lbs lost this week. My target for this coming week is 3lbs, and my overall target is to lose 70lbs:eek:

recovering spendaholic....I just went to update the lists and I dont seem to have you on them! :rotfl:
So I added you and your STS for the week, but may I ask what you want to put down as your total weightloss for this whole challenge? (it runs until end of Sept)

Not staying on long tonight, will catch up with other posts tomorrow - rampaging headache and feeling nauseous. Not a well bunny at all. :(
