Wish I was going too, not even nice housework for me, I've been doing up my bathroom and the last and worst job is left for this weekend - picking out and replacing the silicone around the bath :mad::eek: - my fingers are hurting just thinking about it.
Back on subject - I'm soooo happy to report a 1lb loss this week, I was a little surprised after the post decorating glasses of wine I have been having along with the extra toast and jam as an evening snack.

Morning all, happy to report a 1lb loss. Need to step it up as I'm sure I could be doing better - the cold weather has had me drinking Hot Chocolate in the cafe at work - when I stop to think about it I dread to think how many calories that sneaks in! and I should know better, so this weeks resolution is stick to tea and keep saying no to the cake :A .0

Morning all, I have STS.
Probably because OH and I managed to get a few days off work and we've been eating out a lot. I'm still really annoyed at myself.
Well done to everyone who has had a loss.

I have had a great week since Monday but I have gained 2lb I know this is because I had a terrible week last week. Hopefully I can keep up the good work and lose it again quickly0 -
Morning all.
Weightloss really isn't working for me at the moment - the scales this morning showed a 2lb gain.I'm not sure that's right: I've certainly gained, but I think it's more like 1lb - the same pound I lost last week, and two weeks before that - both times I've gained it straight back.
As I'm finding it impossibly hard going at the moment I've decided I'm going to have a change of focus - for the next few weeks I'm concentrating on STS - if I lose that's great, but my intention is just not to gain any more weight. Hopefully after that the weather will be warmer and brighter and my mood will improve, so I can find even the tiniest bit of motivation to lose weight - do you think that sounds sensible?
Well done to everyone who's lost weight this week, or even stayed the same - you're all doing better than me.And (sorry it's a bit late) - have a lovely weekend, ragz.
Back after a very long break!0
