sparrer, whatever you say I'm going to keep imagining your house all sparkling clean...it gives me something to aim for :)
(I love your signature just now...it reminds me to get up and just *do something* every morning!)

Well, how fast did that challenge go by? Can't believe it's over already (and feel very bad that I failed miserably :()

I STS this week, couldn't expect anything else really.

And to put it down on paper (so to speak) this challenge I ate two small titan bars, and two large cadburys creation bars ( and half of my son's bar which started it all). So not good, but I managed 5 months choc free before I caved in...so think of all the calories I didn't eat!

I PROMISE to try harder on the next challenge!

Thank you ellie, I'll look at my house with new eyes now, even if the kitchen does look like a bone orchard where muttley has dragged all his bones in! He likes to keep them where he can see them :D

KW I've just scraped in, lost 3/4 lb so reached target even if I do feel the effort I made this week wasn't really worth it. Had hoped to drop at least a lb or two. Oh well, mustn't complain as it's better than gaining

    B - F&F, ss milk
L/D - tba as will be out over lunchtime so not sure yet when/what I'll be eating
    S - fresh fruit
E - 10 mins done, running around to hairdressers, beauticians etc, helping DGD2 get ready for her prom this evening :)

    Have a sunny day :):)
  • KW - put me down for 5.5 lbs for next challenge, thank you :)

:TCongratulations KW, we'll soon be saying it's good top see less of you :T

L - just had a cheese & pickle roll, popped in to get an umbrella before I fetch DGD2 from the hairdressers. Don't want her ringlets to droop . Dashing off now to take her to get her make-up done. Her big brother, DGS1, has just sent her a text asking if she'd like him to collect her later tonight, as her mum has to work this evening and he was afraid she'd be tired. What a sweetheart :A

Back later to list dinner :)

Im going to be honest here and say i will certainly be having at least one glass of wine later and more than likely afew giant choc buttons

    Hi Mrs D/knitwitch

I've STS this week .. I was hoping to lose some more but as long as I don't put on what I have lost .... hopefully, it will stay off permanently...

    Good luck to all....

See you next challenge... I'm busy doing the VAT returns for the Charity... so I'll have more time next week....

    Today -
    B: cornflakes, sultanas, ss milk
    L: cheese on toast
D: toast and marmalade, rhubarb pie and evaporated milk, marshmallow with biscuit stuff round it.

E: took inspiration from sparrer and did housework, reached the bottom of the ironing pile...did all the bits I usually ignore, the shirts and fiddly things :)

Had quite a lot of hair cut off...perhaps I should have weighed in after, I'm sure hair is very heavy :rotfl:

Have a nice weekend everyone, whether your interest is Wimbledon, or Grand Prix, or Glastonbury, or something much closer to home.
