Oh yes indeeeeeeeeeeeeeed *dies*
Not bad with travel tho, 35-45 mins each way on a normal day.
Today was a bit longer though as I had to walk to the train station this morning due to cr*p Saturday service (25 min walk), quite fancied it though as it was a nice morning here.0 -
Got the Wii out before work this morning, only to find I'd put 1lb back on
I'm so pleased that officeguru and others have done the 'research' on the new chocolate bars, so I don't have to buy one to try it out
and if it's so addictive it's just as well or I'd have put yet more lbs back on;)
Well onward and upward, and getting ready for the next challenge.2025 Fashion on the ration

Hello. Can I come and join you, please?
I was a regular on this thread a few years ago and lost quite a lot of weight but, after a year-long illness that left me confined to the house for weeks at a time, I put most of it back on again. I'm now better but am having problems shifting the podge I gained while sitting looking wistfully out of the window and eating cake to cheer myself up.
It looks like you're just starting a challenge, so this might be a good time for me to come back, if y'all don't mind? My overall target is to lose 10kg (22lb), and my target for this challenge is 5lb (2.3kg) - I tend to weigh myself in kg as that's what my scales measure in, but I'll convert back to lbs for consistency with everyone else.
I look forward to meeting everyone I don't know, and chatting with those I do - I recognise a couple of names from the last couple of pages of the thread (:hello: sparrer and DundeeDoll).Back after a very long break!0 -
Hi, I've been lurking here for months and months
I thought I'd just post and let you know I'm here.
I've lost a lot of weight over the last 2 1/2 years but I've still got the last annoying bit to go. I don't really want to say a certain amount I'd like to lose in the next 13 weeks. More like I'd like to lose half a stone by next May when DD2 gets married. But if it helps, put me down for 2 lbs. I know that doesn't sound worth it but I'm at the stage where I lose a pound, put two pounds on then lose them again and eventually after about a month I'm down a pound or two.
The main thing though is not to put it all back on again. I've done that twice in the past but now I'm 60 I'm running out of time to keep playing that game!0 -

If it's 13 weeks I might up mine a bit, if you don't mind - I thought it would be a month or so. Can I put myself down for 11lbs / 5kg, please - that's just under a pound a week, which should be do-able even with the music festival I'm going to in a couple of weeks' time.Back after a very long break!0
